In 2015, a wedding cake I made for a close friend was published in White Magazine & Hello May. From there, I decided to follow my passion & soon after, CAKED was born.

As a child, I loved watching my Mother transform simple ingredients into amazing cakes and treats. Like a true Aussie kid of the 80s, I chose my birthday cake from the Woman's Weekly Cake book, and each year Mum would deliver something special. Baking is the thing that reminds me of my Mum the most, and for that reason, it will always hold a special place in my heart.

Over the past 8 years, I have made cakes for so many wonderful weddings and celebrations. I even made a birthday cake for the late Honourable Bob Hawk! In 2018, I moved to London where I continued my baking journey. When English people tell you that you make the best Victoria Sponge, you know you're on to a good thing.

Before CAKED, I worked as a professional video editor & designer for 10+ years. Because of this, I'm a creative all rounder, with a versatile skillset that allows me design every detail of my cakes from scratch including custom cake toppers and unique elements.

I care about every one of my clients and consider it an absolute privilege to be a part of such momentous occasions in their lives.
