I recommend booking as early as possible, particularly for peak wedding seasons. Most couples secure their date 6–12 months in advance to ensure availability. I do not book cakes outside of 12 months, but am happy to hold your date tentatively.

Caked by Carissa services weddings across Sydney, the Southern Highlands, Hunter Valley, Blue Mountains and surrounding NSW regions. Delivery and on-site setup are available. Minimum spends apply to some areas.

I take on a limited number of weddings to ensure each cake receives the care and attention it deserves. Availability is limited, especially on popular dates.

A non refundable deposit is required to secure your date.

Deposits are non-refundable. In some circumstances I may offer a credit note, partial refund or other arrangement, but this is entirely at my discretion. Cancellations made 14 days or more from the event date: • Deposit is non-refundable. • Refund of any additional payments will take into account total ingredients/materials purchased and labour/resource undertaken up until that point. Cancellations made less than 14 days from the event date: • No refund For rescheduled events, in some instances, cakes can be frozen (up to 2 months). Additional fees may apply for storage, completion/reconstruction of cake, repurchasing fresh flowers & perishable decorations etc.
