The booking process starts with an enquiry. Please go to my Enquiry page and fill in the form, including as much information as possible. In return, I will send you some information and pricing. If you would like, we can arrange a phone or zoom consultation. During the consulting phase we will chat through basic ideas and a pricing range you're comfortable with. You do not have to have your cake size and design completely finalised in order to book with me, as we will revisit everything 6-8 weeks before your wedding. If you do wish to work with me, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date with T&C's on the invoice regarding cancellations & changes. Typically the final balance is due 30 days prior to your wedding. For very large cake orders or very detailed cakes requiring work to commence outside of the 30 day window, final payment may be split into 2 instalments, with the first due 60 days prior.

I recommend booking as early as possible, particularly for peak wedding seasons. Most couples secure their date 6–12 months in advance to ensure availability. I do not book cakes outside of 12 months, but am happy to hold your date tentatively.

I am based in Sydney and service weddings primarily between Sydney, Wollongong and Upper Southern Highlands. I also cater wider areas in the lower Southern Highlands, Hunter Valley, Blue Mountains and surrounding NSW regions within 2.5 hours drive from South-west Sydney. Minimum order spends apply for cakes outside of Sydney Metro area.

Deposits are non-refundable. In some circumstances I may offer a credit note, partial refund or other arrangement, but this is entirely at my discretion. Cancellations made 30 days or more from the event date. Partial Refund may be offered Excludes deposit Partial refund will take into account total ingredients/materials purchased and labour/resource undertaken up until that point. Cancellations made less than 14 days from the event date: No refund offered For rescheduled events, in some instances, cakes can be frozen (up to 3 months). Additional fees may apply for storage, completion/reconstruction of cake, repurchasing fresh flowers & perishable decorations etc.
