Start by completing the enquiry form with your wedding date, venue, guest numbers and any initial ideas. I’ll respond with my availability and an indicative quote.For clients wanting to talk with me directly, phone or Zoom consultations can be arranged. A non-refundable $400 deposit secures your date. You don’t need to have every detail finalised before booking. We’ll revisit the size, flavours and design closer to your wedding day. Final payment is due 30 days beforehand. Orders $3000+ require an additional installment at 60 days.

I confirm wedding cake bookings up to 12 months in advance. If your wedding is further away, I’m happy to offer tentative date availability and reconnect with you once your date enters the 12-month booking window.Why do you only confirm bookings within 12 months?Keeping bookings within a 12-month window allows me to focus on my existing couples and provide accurate, locked-in pricing based on current costs. The biggest reason, however, is that wedding plans naturally evolve. Finalising your wedding cake details closer to your wedding date streamlines the process, reduces decision fatigue and ensures your cake aligns with your final guest numbers and aesthetic.

Cakes are delivered from South-west Sydney. Delivery is available throughout Sydney, the Southern Highlands, Blue Mountains and surrounding areas within approximately 2.5 to 3 hours of Sydney.For deliveries more than 90 minutes from South-west Sydney generally have a minimum spends apply.

The $400 booking deposit is non-refundable.For cancellations made 30 days or more before the wedding, payments made beyond the deposit may be eligible for a partial refund, provided work has not already been completed and ingredients or other order-specific items have not been purchased.For cancellations within 30 days, any refund or credit is at my discretion and will reflect any work already undertaken and any costs that cannot be transferred to another order.Postponements are considered individually and remain subject to availability and wether your cake is suitable for freezing/storage. Full cancellation and postponement terms are provided with your invoice.
