I recommend booking as early as possible, particularly for peak wedding seasons. Most couples secure their date 6–12 months in advance to ensure availability. I do not book cakes outside of 12 months, but am happy to hold your date tentatively.
I am based in Sydney and service weddings primarily between Sydney, Wollongong and Bowral. I also cater wider areas in the Southern Highlands, Hunter Valley, Blue Mountains and surrounding NSW regions within 2.5 hours. Minimum order spends apply for cakes outside of Sydney Metro area.

I take on a limited number of weddings to ensure each cake receives the care and attention it deserves. Availability is limited, especially on popular dates.
For weddings, a non refundable $250 deposit is required to secure your date. The final balance is payable 30 days prior to your event date.
Deposits are non-refundable. In some circumstances I may offer a credit note, partial refund or other arrangement, but this is entirely at my discretion.
Cancellations made 14 days or more from the event date.

• Partial refund will take into account total ingredients/materials purchased and labour/resource undertaken up until that point.
Cancellations made less than 14 days from the event date:
No refund offered
For rescheduled events, in some instances, cakes can be frozen (up to 3 months). Additional fees may apply for storage, completion/reconstruction of cake, repurchasing fresh flowers & perishable decorations etc.
