Professional wedding cake delivery ensures your cake is transported, assembled, and presented with care, giving you complete peace of mind on your wedding day.

Packing & Transport

Your cake is packed and secured for transport, with protection for every tier and detail. Time is allowed for safe driving, road delays, venue access, and setup.

On-Site Assembly & Styling

At the venue, the cake is unloaded and assembled, with tiers stacked, flowers or decorations placed, and any minor adjustments made. The cake is styled and setup ready for your reception.

Venues setup & 'bump-in'

Every venue has different 'bump in' times for setup. Some allow access all day, while others have strict, short windows. Access times can affect what is possible for your cake design.

Weather & outdoor weddings

Cakes are extremely temperature sensitive and ideally need to be set up in a cool, air conditioned room, out of direct sunlight. In high heat (28C+) cakes may need to remain in the fridge until closer to the time of the cutting. Ganache finish is recommended for added stability.

 

For outdoor weddings, cakes should be on display for no longer than 2 hours during the cooler months. I do not recommend displaying cakes outdoors during Summer.

Working with florists & stylists

For cakes requiring fresh flowers, most often the florist with supply the flowers so the cake is cohesive with the rest of your styling. I liaise with you florist or stylist to talk through styling ideas for the cake and cake table display. We will coordinate handover times prior to the day.

Working with your venue

I work directly with the venue and kitchen to ensure your cake is served exactly as you intend. This includes providing a cutting guide, discussing serving preferences, and arranging for the cake to be reserved for the next day if requested.

Delivery Areas

Delivery is available across Sydney, the Southern Highlands, Hunter Valley, Blue Mountains and surrounding NSW regions. Fees depend on distance, venue access, and setup requirements, and are provided during booking.
